These are typically for six months periods and the rent is payable by calendar month, in advance and is usually made by standing order from your bank directly to City Estates.
We require a deposit of one months rent, to be held against loss or damages over and above the normal wear and tear. This deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your tenancy, provided the property is left in a clean and tidy condition.
We require at two references, one of which should be your current employer. In addition we will need to see some proof of income, i.e. a bank statement, or wage slip. These will be taken up prior to you being accepted as a tenant.
It is your responsibility to arrange with the local utility companies (i.e. water, gas, electricity, council tax and telephone suppliers) and to ensure that all accounts are put into your name/s. This should ideally be done prior to the commencement of the tenancy to ensure that all services are being supplied to the property.
